We’re hiring an iOS Engineer to build native apps in Swift and SwiftUI for clients in banking, retail and digital health — apps that people open several times a day and rate in the store when something feels off.
You’ll work in a mobile squad in our London studio, alongside Android engineers, a product designer and QA, with VP of Delivery James Carter overseeing the client portfolio. Every two weeks you’ll put a TestFlight build in front of the client and talk them through what changed.
What you’ll do
- Build features in Swift and SwiftUI, from reading the designs to shipping the release.
- Keep apps fast and stable, with a 99.9% crash-free target and clear performance budgets.
- Write unit and UI tests and keep the signed release pipeline green.
- Pair with designers on interactions, animation and accessibility details.
- Help prepare App Store submissions, release notes and phased rollouts.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years building and shipping iOS apps that are live in the App Store.
- Strong Swift skills and hands-on experience with SwiftUI and Combine or async/await.
- Understanding of offline storage, networking and background tasks on iOS.
- Experience with XCTest and a CI setup such as Xcode Cloud, Bitrise or GitHub Actions.
- Right to work in the UK and the ability to join the London studio two days a week.

What you’ll get
About the team
The London mobile team builds apps for clients across the UK and Europe. We care about the small things — a haptic tap, a skeleton screen, a clear offline message — because store reviews notice them first. Squads pair an iOS and an Android engineer on every feature, so the two apps grow together instead of drifting apart.
“A great app is a hundred small decisions nobody notices. We hire people who enjoy making them.”
