Overview

Better numbers. Better deals.

Investors and buyers price in every gap in your numbers. We build the models, the cash view and the due diligence that close those gaps before anyone across the table finds them.

Whether you are raising capital, buying a company or preparing to sell, the work starts with the same question: what is this business really worth, and what could change that? We rebuild your numbers from the source data and test every assumption.

You get investor-grade models, a clear valuation range and a 13-week cash forecast your lenders can rely on — plus a partner at the table when the negotiations start.

Typical triggers

  • A funding round, refinancing or sale is planned in the next 12 months
  • You are evaluating an acquisition target and need independent due diligence

FAQ

Straight answers on money matters.

Are you independent of banks and brokers?
Yes. We take no success fees from lenders or investors and no commissions on products. Our only client in a deal is you.
Can you work alongside our auditors?
We do this on most projects. We share our work papers with your auditors on request, and we never audit the companies we advise.
How fast can you start on a due diligence?
Usually within three business days of a signed NDA. For live deals we can staff a team of three in 48 hours.
Do you support sell-side processes?
Yes. We prepare vendor due diligence, the model and the data room, and work with your M&A adviser on buyer questions.
