We work with founder-led businesses, mid-market companies and listed groups. Around 60% of our 450+ clients have between 20 and 500 employees.

Where are your offices?

Our headquarters is at 350 Park Avenue, New York. We have 18 offices worldwide, including London, Singapore and Berlin, and work remotely with clients everywhere.

How is Corwell different from the large consulting firms?

Smaller, senior-heavy teams (one partner for every four consultants), fees that can be tied to results, and a focus on implementation rather than reports.

Engagements & pricing

How much does a typical engagement cost?

Advisory days start at $2,400, monthly retainers at $1,490 and fixed-scope projects at $24,000. See our pricing page for full details.

Can fees be linked to results?

Yes. On most projects up to 30% of the fee can be tied to KPIs we agree before work begins, such as revenue, margin or cycle time.

Do you offer a free first consultation?

Every relationship starts with a free 45-minute diagnostic call with a senior partner. There is no obligation and no sales pitch.

Can we cancel a retainer?

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Yearly plans can be cancelled at the end of the term.

Process & delivery

How quickly can we start?

Most engagements start within 7–10 business days of the first call. In urgent situations we can mobilise a senior team within 48 hours.

How long does a typical project take?

Strategy sprints take about four weeks, full strategy programs 10–12 weeks and transformation programs between three and twelve months.

How involved does our team need to be?

Expect around two hours a week from each executive sponsor plus a few workshops. We do the heavy analysis so your team can keep running the business.

How do you measure success?

We agree 3–5 measurable KPIs at the start and track them on a shared dashboard that we review with you every month.

Data & security

Will you sign an NDA?

Always — before the first detailed conversation. We can sign yours or send ours the same day.

How do you store our data?

Client data stays in our ISO 27001 certified, encrypted environment with role-based access. It is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement.

Do you work with our competitors?

We will never staff the same people on competing clients, and on request we agree a sector exclusivity period of up to 12 months.
