We’re looking for a Senior React Engineer to build fast, accessible web platforms for product companies — from customer portals and SaaS dashboards to real-time control towers used by thousands of people a day.
You’ll join a cross-functional squad within our engineering team, led by CTO Olivia Bennett. Expect real ownership from day one: you’ll shape architecture, lead features end to end and demo your work to clients every sprint.
What you’ll do
- Build and own complex features in React, Next.js and TypeScript, from technical design to production.
- Shape front-end architecture, design-system integration and performance budgets with your tech lead.
- Work daily with product designers, QA engineers and the client's product owner.
- Review pull requests and mentor mid-level engineers on your squad.
- Contribute to our shared component libraries, engineering blog and hiring loops.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications, at least three of them with React.
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript, state management and modern rendering (SSR, RSC, streaming).
- A habit of writing tests — unit, integration and end-to-end with Playwright or Cypress.
- Clear written English and confidence presenting your work to client stakeholders.
- Comfort working with REST and GraphQL APIs; Node.js on the back end is a plus.

We're a mix of product engineers, designers and QA specialists who share a dislike of long meetings and a love of clean pull requests. Squads are small — typically a tech lead, three to five engineers, a designer and QA — so your voice matters in every planning session.
