We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to help CEOs and boards of mid-market and listed companies answer their biggest questions — where to grow, what to buy and what to stop doing.
You’ll join a team of 60 in our Strategy practice, led by Managing Partner Olivia Bennett. Expect real ownership from day one: you’ll run workstreams, lead client workshops and shape recommendations that land in the boardroom.
What you’ll do
- Lead workstreams on growth, portfolio and market-entry engagements from scoping to final board presentation.
- Build fact bases from market research, client data and expert interviews, and turn them into a clear storyline.
- Run workshops with executive teams and facilitate decisions under uncertainty.
- Coach and review the work of analysts and consultants on your team.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership and our internal training curriculum.
What we’re looking for
- 4–7 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or corporate development.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building models in Excel or similar tools.
- Clear, structured writing and confident presenting to senior audiences.
- A track record of leading small teams and developing junior colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
