We’re looking for a Site Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on industrial and logistics projects in Texas — from the first survey stake to the last punch-list item.
You’ll join our South region field team of 60, led by EVP of Construction Operations James Carter. Expect real ownership from day one: you’ll run the site, lead the trades and make the calls that keep a $40M–$150M job safe, on schedule and on budget.
What you’ll do
- Run daily site operations, from mobilization and earthworks through to commissioning and handover.
- Build and update the three-week look-ahead schedule with our project engineers and trade foremen.
- Lead the 6:45 am toolbox talk, enforce the site-specific safety plan and stop work whenever something isn’t right.
- Coach assistant superintendents and field engineers, and review the work of every subcontractor on site.
- Walk the site with owners and inspectors, and contribute to pre-construction reviews on new bids.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in commercial or industrial construction, including 5+ as a superintendent.
- Hands-on experience with tilt-up, pre-engineered steel or concrete frames of 200,000 sq ft and up.
- OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 500 a plus) and a spotless personal safety record.
- A track record of leading trade crews of 100+ and developing junior field staff.
- Construction management degree preferred; equivalent field experience welcome.

About the team
Our South region builds from the Dallas yard across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. We’re a mix of former carpenters, ironworkers and engineers who share a dislike of excuses and a love of clean, safe sites. Teams are lean — typically a project manager, a superintendent and two field engineers — so your call matters every day.
“We look for supers who walk the site before they read the report — and catch what the report missed.”
