Lucas leads Corwell’s Financial Advisory team in Berlin, advising on acquisitions, due diligence and post-merger integration. His focus is the part of a deal most advisors leave early: making the numbers in the business case actually happen.
Lucas spent five years in transaction services with a Big Four firm in Paris and five years in M&A at an investment bank in Frankfurt before joining Corwell in 2016. He has advised on deals with a combined value of more than $7B and led the integration of Quadrant Capital’s merger, which reached its savings target four months early.
Lucas is a CFA charterholder and speaks French, German and English. He is a passionate home cook and spends his holidays hiking in the Alps with his family.
