You’ll report to Lucas Moreau, who leads Transactions & M&A, and work closely with our diligence teams in London and New York on cross-border deals.
What you’ll do
- Lead valuation engagements from scoping to final report, managing two to four valuers.
- Build and review DCF, trading-comparables and precedent-transaction models.
- Prepare purchase price allocations and impairment tests under IFRS and SFRS(I).
- Present valuation conclusions to boards, audit committees and auditors.
- Grow the Singapore valuation team and contribute to proposals across the region.
What we’re looking for

- CFA charterholder or a recognised accounting qualification such as CA or ACCA.
- Deep knowledge of valuation standards, including IVS and IFRS 13.
- Experience managing teams and reviewing others’ models.
- Willingness to travel across the region up to 30% of the time.

What you’ll get
About the team
Singapore is the hub for our Asia-Pacific deal work, with diligence, valuation and integration specialists in one team. You’ll be the senior valuer on site and shape how the capability grows over the next three years.
